Ross knows a lot about persuadability and populism. He’s been working as an organizer and campaign strategist for two decades, eight of those as the Co-Executive Director of Run for Something (a group that recruits and supports young candidates). While he’s no longer involved with the org, it’s still a recruitment powerhouse, helping over 1,500 people get elected across the country.
As fellow White Dudes, we know Ross well and in a sense, we owe our existence to him. He stops by to discuss what he’s been up to since the 2024 election, the future of democratic politics, and how we can all support populism without whistling MAGA’s tune.
